My wife and I had a great experience working with Mary Lou on our recent real estate sale. In spite of a very tough market for sellers, we had the successful outcome of a fast sale at a price that was very close to our aspiration. To begin, Mary Lou invested the time to get to know us, the property and to plan the listing process. Mary Lou is clear and direct in her communication. Once and offer came in 8 days after listing, she was ferocious in negotiating the conditions and a price that we could be very happy with (97.4% of the list).
